go in for Sonwhite Publications Corporate and Allied Laws by S Srkanth. Along with concpets it has loads of problems with solution. It is one of the best book for Self Study
Snow white publication in not recommended as it uses words as given in bare act most of the times with out explanation. And moreover case study is not solved i lost My 600 Rs.
