NO Trust can not furnish 15G for TDS deposit with bank.

It is for only Individual Person.

Form 15G can be given by an individual or a person (not being a company or firm). So a trust can give form 15G also.

Trust can furnish form 15 G for non deduction of TDS.

because Basic Exemption Limit is applicable to Trust,AOP etc.

YES. PLEASE REFER SECTION 197A(1A). ANY PERSON EXCEPT A FIRM AND COMPANY CAN ISSUE FORM 15G.

Sir , From f.y.2014-15 Banks are not acccepting Form 15G...For that we have to make application to our ITO for Certificate No.197A which we have to submit to bank alongwith Form.15G then only they wont deduct TDS>

Question :- From AY 2017-18 (1-4-16 onwards) SBI asks for TAN number for the trust compulsory field while entering exemption details...Now if trust have no any TAN number (as they are not require to deduct tax for any reason)...how can they give TAN number ? OR is there any other meaning of this TAN number ?
