For Non Deducton of TDS for Tranporter on Quoting PAN No. Whether this has to be mentioned in the Quaterly return ? Pls Calrify this

Yes. You will have to mention the PAN of the Transporter in the TDS of the respective quarter even if TDS is deducted @ nil rate.

Yes if PAN is not quoted tds will be applicable at higher rate. PAN no has to be quoted in tds return even though tax is nil.
