I am having a Religious Trust .
Now I wanted to get in to Dairy Business..
Trust will be providing the land and infrastructure in return we have to provide 30% of the profit to the the trust.
So whether I should form a company
or a Partnership considering we have to take a bank loan

Bank loan and entity are different aspect. loan is available for all type of entities. however business loan is available for business entities
From Bank loan prospective, they will provide loan on your Income basis rather than on type of business
