my one of creditor charge me 5 % vat in which we supplyed matiral ? is't ok or not

VAT is not applicable on labour charges, But if some one transfering the ownership right of goods/material including labour expenses/charges then WCT under VAT is applicable.

VAT applicable on sale of goods not on supply of service so . if any party supply material than VAT applicable on Supply of material .
