Are we suppose to deduct TDS ?
If yes under which section and at what rate?
If not, reasons for non deductions!

no tds in not required to be deducted
refer to CIRCULAR NO. 715 DATED 3-8-1995......

Dear Valerian Dsouza,
Not required to deduct TDS becoz company not pay any income to travel agents ,
company purchase ticket from travel agent
