treating vehicle maintanance as technical service ...
in my opinion since the payment exceeds the limit specified in 194j TDS has to be deducted....
as per 194j if payer is individual TDS is not required only in respect of proffessional payments , if such individual is not subject to 44 AB in preceding year...
thus for technical servicce payments by induvudual tds is required irrespective of his turnover limit as per 44 AB...
if you hAVE GIVEN THE CONTRACT TO ONE PERSON THAN TDS IS MUST
IT MEANS YOU HAVE MADE AGREEMENT WITH AN PERSON THAT ALL THE VEHICLE OF YOUR FIRM WILL BE MAINTAINED BY HIM
