I wanted to ask general query, if I am paying any rent amount or any licence fees to IRCTC (Western Railways)... Whether am I required to deduct TDS from its payment...

what is the purpose of making the payment of lease to IRCTC?
The purpose for payment being AMount paid to Western Railways/IRCTC is for allowing the assessee space on railway platforms to operate its food stall/parlour.
Can u suggest whether the same is covered by any of TDS Provisions, or is there any exemption w.r.t. any Circular.. Pls specify the reference.
