26 August 2018TDS has been deducted from a person's income in the A.Y. 2015-16 and A.Y. 2017-18, but the person has started filing his return from A.Y. 2017-18, though he didn't claim the TDS in that return.
So, now at the time of filing return for A.Y. 2018-19 whether he can claim the TDS of both the above mentioned years??

But one thing I need to know, in the return form at the TDS sheet there is an option to state the year of the tax deducted. If the person just put those tds figures by mentioning respective year of deduction and claim the refund, whether any problem would arise later?

That column used for any TDS Amount C/f in Previous return then we can c/d in Current ITR...
