Whether service tax kkc is applicable under rcm service tax paid on 31/05/2016

Dear Sir, whether service tax (KKC) is applicable under RCM service tax paid on 31/05/2016 but we have not made payment before 01/06/2016. kindly clarify the same. Thanks & Regards Jainath Sharma
