Whether rcm on other type of service by advocate ?

Dear Sir ,

We are business entity , Our ADVOCATE  is filing GST  Returns , &  provide its  bill  for this service .

Kindly guide us  whether  RCM u/s 9(3) will apply  for such GST return filing work by ADVOCATE ?
