Can anyone please quickly confirm that an order passed by the Assessing officer giving effect to the order of the CIT(A) can be appealed against u/s 246A of the Act?

You can file an appeal against the order of the CIT(A) as what is mentioned in the CIT(A) order that is only what effect is given on the CIT(A) effect order.
