Dear Friends,
I have one query to make. is this notification applicable on forein companies accepating remittances ffrom Indian companies at loss (cash outflow to foreign company is less than cash inflow ).
I think this notification/ PAN requirement is not applicable to foreign company to which remittances are being made at NIL TDS.
Any clarification/ suggestions are most welcome.
