I am manufaturer of machines which is used for making medicine.
i has sent machine outside india for exhibition and paid IGST.
Whether i can claim credit of that IGST which is paid by me.
Please someone help me.

Exibition means ???? will be return back to India if so .... then you shall not charged the IGST , GST is not payable in such cases.
You shall need Exibition Participation Letter & NOC from concerned bank that No forgien Exchange Involved .
