Hi Nitesh,
It will not be considered as defective return certainly.
As far as revision is concerned, I don't think there is any need.
To be on the safer side, you may revise the ITR, otherwise not a big issue.

If you mention your all income of itr-4 in itr-2 than don’t worry just revise your return.
If u did not mention your incomes of itr-4 in itr-2 than it may be penalty or interest on escaping income.
