Whether i m eligible to appear in nov 14 exams
I initially registered myself for articleship under w.e.f 17-03-2012 and served under him till 16-03-2013. Accordingly my attempt fr c.a final became due in nov 2014.
thereafter I took transfer (after 1 year transfer case) under w.e.f 2-8-13.
kindly confirm whether I m eligible to appear for c.a final exam in nov 2014 ???
As per my view my articleahip must be completed as on 16-03-2015 as per 3 years from the date of initial registration
kindly revert urgently as I have filled my c.a final exam online dated 15-08-2014.

But institue is saying that I m not eligible to appear in nov 14 if my 3 year articleship is not completing till 30th april 2015 :(

Calculate it as follows
TOTAL NO OF DAYS OF ARTICLESHIP-LEAVES TAKEN/6
the answer is ur eligibility of leaves.
If it exceeds from actual than ur articleship will suffer bt if not than no prob
Tell me the no. of leaves
I hve taken 86 leaves till now dated 15.08.14
and the total days of articleship including leaves is 2 yrs and 15 days.
