Whether GST will be included while checking threshold of 50 Lakh in section 194IA

HI All

Would you please confirm whether GST amount is to be considered while determining threshold of 50 lakh u/s 194IA?

Suppose Transaction value is 47 Lakh and after Gst total value is being exceeding 50 Lakh then TDS will come u/s 194IA ?
