HI All

Would you please confirm whether GST amount is to be considered while determining threshold of 50 lakh u/s 194IA?

Suppose Transaction value is 47 Lakh and after Gst total value is being exceeding 50 Lakh then TDS will come u/s 194IA ?

No. GST value will not be included if the agreement to sale value is 47 lakhs. Also check circle rate value i.e. FMV as per governmental rate.
