Ours is Food Catering business mainly supplying customized meals to our customers on order. We also sold other food products like curries, namkeen items, pickles etc over the counter. Whether should we get registered under gst and our turnover is less than Rs.20 lacs only.
Please can some clear me the doubt.

If TURN OVER less than 20lakhs then no need to register under GST.

As per section 22 cgst act , if your turnover is less then 20lac , no need to take registration

No need to take Registration under GST since Turnover is less than the prescribed Threshold limit of ₹20,00,000/-

Yes ,... if turnover exceed 20k , you are liable to take registration & shall charge gst on your outward supply
