whether gst billing is necessary before surrendering provisional GST number
I have a beauty parlor both services and sales last year turn over was less than twenty lacs but was service taxable know I migrated to GST provisional GST number should I charge GST on bills till I surrender GST provisional number

You need to collect tax till the date your GSTIN is CANCELLED.
if u cancel the registration wef 1 july, you need not to charge and pay gst
