Whether gst applicable or not

I am going to purchase a flat which construction was completed before 1.7.2017, now whether i have to pay GST or not, if no and then if builder ask to pay GST then what shoud i do, and if GST applicable then what GST Rate is applicable on this flat

If you are going to purchase ready possession flat, i..e. ater receipt of completion certificate no gst aplicable.

But if yuo have paid any amount before completion certiticate then you have to pay GST @ 12%

Thank you Sir, But If Builder ask to pay me any GST then can you provide me any notification so i can give him that copy so that he will not charge any GST to me
