plz guide on tds on clearing & forwarding charges
dear sir plz guide me whether TDS is to be deducted on documentation charges, cmc computer handling charges, bill of lading charges, terminal charges inland haulage charges, agency charges, caintainer lift on/off, hbl fees.

In my opinion there may be two cases:-
1.Bill inclusive of above charges:-In This Case Tds shall be deducted on entire amt.
2.Separate Bill for service & reimbursement:-No TDS is to be deducted on reimbursed one.
