whether EC required for the June Exams or not

i am the student of final and my attempt is on June'09,i want to know whether Eligibility Certificate is required or not,as i have not receive the same,in the Icai site one notification is there that there is no need of the Test Papaers for the students appearing in june,whether it means that there is also no need of the EC,please help me
