Whether a Chartered Accountant is entitled to take benefit of presumptive scheme of declaring income u/s. 44AD?

Section 44AD is only for business and not for profession......so ...CA is not ELIGIBLE FOR PRESUMPTIVE SCHEME OF DECLARING INCOME
