As per my knowledge Form ADT-1 is required to be filed for the Appointment and Re-Appointment of AUDITOR and not for the DIRECTOR, Right ?
Correct me if i am wrong.
Whether adt-1 required to be filed for ratification..?

What is update, shall we filed ADT-1 every year even for ratification, can any one clarify in this regard.
