I have received Form 15G/15H from my loaners for not deducting TDS. I want to know where to submit these form 15G/15H in the income tax dept and when.

One copy of declaration should be delivered to Chief Commissioner or Commissioner on or before the 7th day of the month next following the month in which the declaration is received
