Does any one know where to send ATC certificate Application, I am a Student of Westrern Region. Do i need to send it to Mumbai or Central Place i.e. at Delhi?

Dear Jalpesh,
You need not to send any application physically for ATC. Please find following direct link for applying online for ATC certificate.
