Being a stock broker, where should we pay stamp duty, whether in west bengal or in haryana???

If shares are transferred in physical form, then the stamp duty payable is as per the indian stamp act, State laws are not applicable.
the stamp duty has to be paid by way of share transfer duty stamps or franking at stock exchange on the back of the share transfer form.
