Where to file Form 112

Hi Friends,

I got Form 112 signed by my Principal. But I dont know to which address it has to be sent. I am doing my articles in Kerala...

You can send it to Head office in Delhi

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India,
ICAI Bhawan,
Indraprastha Marg, Post Box. No. 7100,
New Delhi - 110 002

However send it through Regd. post or speed post and retain the receipt.
