I'm doing IPCC (Third Attempt), Waiting for my results now.. I want to know whether i could join in Big 4 firms ?? and will i able to do articles in a medium sized firm

You can do anywhere you want. Regarding big 4, they will see your performance in interviews. You can easily get medium sized firm once you became qualified for articleship in Bangalore but i dont know about Chennai's situation
