where to apply for ARTICLESHIP???

hiii....i cleared CPT(Aug 2007) with 73% marks...and m also a graduate(BBA)...can anyone please help me out on where to apply for articleship in delhi(good firms with max. exposure)also whats d criteria followed for selection by d big 4???if anyone has d email addresses of various firms...please post it here so that i can use it to post my resume.

please help me on this...

You have to approach 'chartered accountants' and request them to train you as an 'articled assistant'. All chartered accountants are capable to train articled clerks, subject to CA Institute rules and regulations. Kindly do not assess them as 'big' or 'small'.

This is right. Prateek dont be too much confused, articleship is time to explore your qualities and to other's. Identify your strengths and interest and go for firm which is working in accordance with them e.g. Stat. Auditing, Internal Auditing, Direct Taxes or Indirect Taxes. Manmohan Sharma ACA

Hi Prateek! Firstly,congratulations.You will find a notice board at ICAI where there'll be several names of firms looking for Article Clerks.You could contact those convenient for you.They really are good.Good luck ;)

Surely you will get the chance for articleship, there is no reason if you have sound knowledge of whatever you have studied and you are good in learning.

Hi, I am Snehal. I'm doing articleship since 1 year, but I want to change my firm where I'll get to learn a lot and where there is someone to guide me and teach me properly. I should also get a better amount of stipend.
