Export under bond

Dear Sir

We have done export  through letter of undertaking not export under bond and is it necessary to show assable value and excise value in return of this export.

Please advise

Thanks & Regards.

Export to Nepal should be treated as par with export to Other countries.

Type Of Clearance* "Export/LUT"

assessable value is mandatory for all clearance,

excise is not payable under LUT, or bond

Dear sir is we have to mention Notification no on ER 1, if yes then please give notification no .
