They are such shameless people there that for each time you faced error they want
1) Scan copy of your PAN card
2) The JSON file
3) List of issues faced
Why should tax payers educate the department and the IT vendor about the errors being faced? Why should we find errors, report them in above manner to Efiling web manager?
Ideally all the errors should have been caught by the CBDT staff (taking 7th pay commission salaries) before 7th June 2021 and fixed.
And to my surprise, no one protested anywhere. No street protests, no protests on TV or print media.
9.8 crore people impacted and no protests?

I absolutely agree !! For me ITR got filed 12 Aug and !5 Aug. thereafter error issues started popping up.
The other ITR are all ready in the draft but due to the loop error could not verify. My sending the print screen and PAN is in the hope the error gets expeditiously resolved so that the burden of filing is over and I could either travel or do other things. though we have about 4 weeks left. I won't be surprised if portal gets overloaded from rush filing before deadline.
As always, in protesting, the CA's had made representation to the F.M. with others that sent Prt Scr. to inc. Tax webmanager woke the FM to take the task and summoned infosys that deadline 15 Sept has been set. Lets cool down for the mean time.

I sent them screen shot attached and Grievances on eportal itself to DIT(System) and e-filing many times but not received any response or resolution till date. They are really donkeys.

You said it correctly, I've been doing the same every 3- 4 days detailing and even giving suggestions what they have to fix. As I understand there are approx. 700 IT professionals trying to fix the glitches.
I know how frustrating it is not to get any response. But we should understand the pressures infosys and CBDT on the issue . PAN India are sending grievances, Print Screens to the responsible authorities.
A request has been made at least to publish what errors has been resolved so that some taxpayers can proceed filing their ITR which are saved at the draft section of the utility..

Your saved Return/ From will show no data on opening if you leave it for a week with eportal without submitting it for e-verification.
You have to fill it again ab initio.
How many shortcomings will they fix within stipulated time frame of September 15, GOD or FM KNOWS?

Could it be possible you may be clicking on e-filing when you open the utility.
When the utility opens on top click on draft a page will appear. On the left side the draft save ITR are mentioned click on edit. Bingo all the number of sch you have chosen is noted.
I,ve been opening the draft saved in the utility at times 3x day deleting the data entered on schedule that indicate an error and re entering again with hope the error disappears. I've tried repeating the entire return online n offline for a month now. Still the error glitch had not been resolved .
Yes it is frustrating. We can just be patient. Most likely the deadline might be extended.
What bothers me is why the old XML utility is not being revived. My assumption is Will create further issues. Simply it had been mentioned lakhs have files using the Json utility format.
If the XML old format is started now. I could imagine the nightmare from CPC side.
