if i am a pcc student qualified in CA final and hav started my training on 28th march 2007...and will complete my training in 27/9/2010...plzzzz tell me whether i can giv nov 2010 attempt of Ca final..

yes, you are qualified to give CA FINAL exam in november 2010.
Appear in final examination on completion of the practical training on or before the last
day of the month preceding the month in which the examination is held.
