My friend is in pe2.
She want to convert into ipcc.
Upto which date she must get registere with icai ipcc to be eligible to give exams in nov. 2010.?
Should she wait for results as results will be announced in july last week approx.
If she gets registered before declaration of results, but passed in pe2 then the fees for ipcc will then be adjusted or refund to her?
