when intrudus sole proprietary ship act

There was a British act.... known as  'sole proprietorship act 1908' which merged with Indian Registration act, 1908.

But after independance, sole propritorship is registered under Shops & Establishment act, 1953... or if need arise under Indian registration act.

Now under The Companies act, 2013 ...  'One Person Company' (OPC) can be registered...
