as per me if next govt will be come BJP then it will take more than 5 year because all BJP Govt state against of GST

In economics,there is something called "Prisoners dilemma" which narrates that if the two prisoners would have cooperated then both would have been benefited,however they thought of their own interest and hence both suffered.Similarly, if both the State and the Central will cooperate then only GST will be implemented successfully, which if implemented will be highly beneficial for all.But its fact that where there is politics involved it takes a good deal of time and effort to enforce an act...
