BUT MY FRIEND SAID THAT IT LAST SIX MONTHS OF ARTICLED TRAINING.I STARTED ARTICLES FROM FEB 23 2010 AND COMPLETION OF ARTICLES IN FEB 22 2013.WHICH IS MY FINAL ATTEMPT NOV 2010 OR MAY 2012

I have cleared my IPCC both Group in May 2010 and started Articleship, Can I appear in Part-1 of Final Group in November 2011. If not then when should I give my part 1 of Final group

Your Final Attempt is due on November 2012. One thing you have to remember is , the final attempt starts counted from date of commencement of articleship and not from clearing Exams (for IPCC Scheme). So, As you joined articles in Feb 23,2010 , your articles shall last for 3 years ,i.e. Feb.22,2010 . and final attempt shall be after 2.5 years of articleship , i.e.After August 22,2012 .... so the attempt will be definitely November 2012................

And one thing , i too cleared ipcc both groups in Nov.2009 and joined articles in February 2010 itself , same as ur case..............

Please tell me is there any change in rules for appearing in Final.I cleared my IPCC in Nov 2009.If my articleship ends in Feb 2013 then when can I appear for Final.

The pre attempt of your final examination will stand in November 2012.

I Urgently Need Help !!! I Had Started My Articleship On 23rd August 2011 After Passing My IPCC (Both Groups-May 2011 Attempt) And Had Done Articleship Registration Along With The Registration Of Final CA Attempt.I Got A Letter From ICAI On 9th November 2011 Stating That "Your Articleship Registration Is Failed As Your Principle(under which you are doing articleship)Has Already 10 articles under him "so i have to resubmit my form number 103/102 and 112. The main problem is that they have said me that i have to resubmit these forms until 23rd september 2011...............but how can i submit those to them when i itself got the letter on 9th november 2011.........and more of it ,that letter consists the date of 1st november 2011 . AND I HAVE A MAIN QUERY THAT WILL I BE ABLE TO GIVE THE MAY 2014 ATTEMPT OF FINAL CA cconsidering the above things ???

When is my CA Final Attempt... I Cleared my ipcc group 1 in May 2011 atempt... My articleship commenced from 7th Sept 2011... So when is my CA Final Attempt.. Does it fall on Nov 2012 or May 2013?? Any announcement by charter??
