What will be approx total cost for an IPO OF Rs.50 Crore.
In any IPO outsider can noy estimate the Cost. Because there are several factors affecting the Cost Factor like:
(1) Publicity Campaign & Area Covaerage
(2) Merchant Banker i.e. Expert or Beginner
(3) Broker i.e. Brokerage Percent
(4) Share Transfer & Register Agent i.e. Well established or Very less popular firm.
(5) Printing Expenses i.e. Extra Publicty Material with the Prospectus or not
(6) Credit Rating Agency Charge
(7) Commission to banker for the Project appraisal, etc.
So, there are no fixed range of Expenses.
IPO for Rs. 50 Crore is also not viable option. You should go with the PE for this amount.
