first you cancel the first e way bill (xyz)and generate the new one (abc)

merial despatched or not?
if no you can cancel the EWay bill
if no you can cancel the EWay bill
your consignee can delete the way bill , time limt is 72 hrs. so ask XYZ to cacel the same
