Nothing is impossible my friend.. In my opinion one month is sufficient to cover three new subject even if you have not prepared for it. I think you should study with dedication for 30 days. You can do one thing, complete a first reading in first 20 days. and then revise the syllabus in the last 10 days. One more thing required is that dont worry for the exams just study without exam fear and everything is possible. Just have faith in yourself and also have proper level of confidence. I am sure, you can do it. All the best and go ahead.

nothing is tough yaar..
and which three new books you are talking about acc to me thr is only one new book and that is GCL... no ca student can say that accopunts-cost and tax are new to him...
dont panic you will be comfortable with these two subjects and just do more hardwork in GCL. in my view go for scanner.
and i dont think that a guy who have passed such exams which have result % >5 than CS is an eazy pick
best of luck
even me also giving attempt in this june

Step 1: Take 3 hours time and each hour create three buckets A,B,C,D based on ABC analysis.
(A= Important from exam point of view but easy
B= Important but tough
C = Unimportant but Easy
D = Unimportant but tough)
This is actually based on quadrant analysis by Mr.Steven Covey(recently made popular by Mr.Parag Gupta who advices a bit differently on this)
Take care not to put everything in a single bucket.A scanner will help you in this prioritization.
Step 2: Study bucket A and C chapters alone thoroughly from the books you have.Just one book per subject.You will gain confidence and this would be over fast and thus you gain momentum.Success breeds success,so this small success will motivate you and when you race against time,motivation is the ONLY thing,rest all fade.
Step 3: Study B using important questions which might be asked,friend's/professors views on the important areas,past year trends.You might use a simpler guide or compiler for this.There is no need for indepth study in this.
Step 4: Keep revising what you have covered in Steps 2 and 3.Dont add any new thing in the last 5 days.
Step 5: In bucket D,if you feel you find anything easy read it,else leave it.Its judicious selection here.Maybe a few questions here and there as there is not much time.Dont waste your time in bucket D chapters.
Thats it.Work for minimum 10 to 12 hours per day
You can clear it easily.Dont worry!
My best wishes.Im replying this here as you personally requested me in my PM Box.

Mythreya

Read the important topics first and take tests with the help of scanners and revision test papers weekly once or twice on the topics first so that u'll read as well evaluate where you stand. Then go in for rigorous revision the week before exam.
