An Individual assessee has Income from “Fees for professional or technical services” from a Company. What types of Expenses he can claim to minimise his tax liability ?

invest in shares ,debentures, mutual funds or any other investments or purchasing of fixed assets or transfering the amount to reserve funds etc
If u r resident assessee claim all regular business expenses.
If u r non-resident then follow section 115A(1)(b ) / 44DA.
