What type of ITR to be used

hello

i have one audit clerk. he has no any other income except stipend. so income received by him in form of stipend assessed under the head "salary" or "income from other exepenses" and why? what ITR is to be used?

Dear Hardik,

Articleship stipened has been held as exempt income u/s 10(16) by the Honbl. SC.

Ya, articleship stipend is exempt. So, no need to file return of income only for that income.
