what type of invoice required to be issued
we partnership firm ,providing service outside india ( information technology developing and design ing program ).My question is what type of invoice should i issue 2. whether i have to collect tax in the bill

Apply for letter of undertaking for export of services without payment of IGT. After applying online, keep the acknowledgement for record and issue export invoice specifically mentioning that "supply meant for export under letter of undertaking without payment of IGST". You can also claim ITC on the input services directly used for the export of services. Hope this clarifies.
