You can delete the temp files by right click on internet icon.

or Better way to resolve these problem just download "Tune Up" software . It will automatically remopve unwanted files from ur pc and make its speed fast.

upgrade your RAM at least 1GB .

Also download Avast Home Anti-virus Free version from avast website. Its the best one. Also install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and in this software you may need to manually update the virus definitions. In avast it will automatically updates daily. So no need to do anythg from your end. Also Tuneup will automatically takes care of your system effciency once you create profile after installing that software.

By doing above, I am sure you will see significant improvement.

To protect your PC, use good Antivirus software. I personally use Norton Internet Security and recommend the same.

To increase the internet speed, go to run, type gpedit.msc. Go to Local Computer Policy>Computer Configuration>Administrator Templates>Network>Qos Packet Scheduler. Double click on Limit Reservable Bandwith on the right Panel. Click on enable and reduce the percentage to 0% and hit ok.

To clean temp files, go to run. Type %temp% and delete all files.

If you are using Window XP, you can download Half Open Limit Software to increase download speed. Run it and press add to TCP.
