Just keep dictionary beside u..start studying slowly english papers or any books which u interested..and try to understand them..then after some days u will find change in u u will see that u are able to read the newspaper fluently and fastly..trust me u will for sure..

title - english conversation practice.
ths book is for tounge practice for non english speaking people..
read ths book atleast 15 minutes everyday.
u will become fluent

increse ur vocab thro journal & eng news papers.

just study hindu paper nearly 6 months with continuously. try to understand and memorise the new vocabulary .which will be useful in framing the sentences when you are speaking

if u find urself interested in english nd know about how to over come ur problem of reading.......i mean to say u make a stragety urself to take easy step firstly in reading english with newspaper,watching english news nd all that....i think you know very well that hard work is the key of success..................
