What to do of pan no of dissouled partnership firm? Can it be cancelled with incometax dept?

Yes u have to make an application to incometax officer for cancallation of pan no after verifiying the details it officer cancale pan no
This query was earlier discussed in the forum. Dissolution of firm is as good as death of the pan card holder. The survivors/nominees/administrators shall have to surrender the original pan card with coverning letter explaining the reasons for such surrender and submit to the jurisdisctional Assessment Officer (I.T.O.)
