Hello

I am also facing same problem . I am also giving second group from last four attempts. First group clear with attempts. I am married also. I am working in bank where my batch mate are all ca only I am the only one not qualified. So my seniors makes fun of me . They always irritates me with such type of questions like when you will be ca ??? u havw got habit of writing exams and lot...of ....

They also have not confirmed me in my job since I am not ca and will not till i will be ca .

I even don't get time for study. This attempt I got only 188 and

I had t exemption in isca paper. i opted it third time. What shld I do now again four paper to study.

i always get 15 days before exam where in i prepred all the topics .This 188 is also out of only 15 days study.

i am married and live in joint famiy. to get place to study is again one problem . how i manage only i know.

now in laws also have other expectation .

i was very bright student but due to financial constraints i never get support from mother side to join good classes . i did all subjects with reference books.

i always fail in costing paper only . never go more than thirty.what do i do... now

Dear Pradnya,

Dont worry. Your case is much better than many other people who could either complete their CA or or not employed well.At least you have a Bank job which is secured compared to those poeple who are in private employment. Moreover 188 is not very bad marks compared to the marks other students got in Nov'13 attempt. Please dont worry and concentrate on next attempt.

if any one says you.."still doing CA" dont get upset tell them,,, will be doing till my last breath beacuse the Qualified are also doing CA,, it doesnt matter...something matters is only your depth of knowledge,,

Don't worry about what others says. You should love your effort and leave the result to God or Luck. Life is a business with three partners. First partner is yourself. Second is Society and Third is God or Luck, who is the most important partner. Try your level best, within the time available for you. Costing paper is not tough as you think. It requires practice and cool mind when you are in exam hall. At our time we used to talk that, we should sleep well in night before costing exam and we should attend the exam with cool mind. Then only you will have the ability to apply your skill of solving the problems.

Love your effort. Never worry about result. Don't skip the attempts.

Before exam, don't think about 100% pass. Tell yourself that, "I may pass the exam if question papers are at normal standard." This type of attitude relieves you from exam tension and fear. Your mind work in better way in the exam hall. This is most important for costing exam.

yaar bhai logo ka kaam hi bate banana hai iske alawa vo apke liya kuch nahi kar sakte avoide them kyo ki aap jante hai ki aapne kitni imandari se kaam kiya hai, finally you should read costing with paduka is best book

As CA Sudhakar rightly said, costing is not a tough subject, i suggest that you master the concept in costing, thre is no use in solving a lot of problems, evern if u solve 1000 problems the one that is asked in the exam will be the 1001 type, so if u master the concept then you will be able to solve any question asked. After you master the concept try to solve the problems in the materials and the compilation in your own way, do not look at the answer. Before you start the solution to the problem, write down all the important points that are given in the problem. when you start writing the important points you willl start to know where to crack the problem.There will always be a small point in the problem which is the hitch in the problem, and you should be able to crack that point, once you crack it rest will be all easy. to crack on the correct spot you need to master the concepts. so master the concept. you will definitly win. ISCA, you have already secured an exemption, it will not be difficult for you to get it again. For both of the Tax papers. what ever book you follow, please master the RTP. the case laws and the latest amendments, all the questions will be on the latest amendments only and ofcourse the case laws. all the best, i will you clear your Group II in the comming exam. i would also suggest you to get a copy of your answer paper so that you can see where you have scored less and what went worng in your answer. All the best.
