i have tds certificate frm bank fd @ 20% nd bt it is nt in 26as nd how cn i file e return nd i m out of my jurd intax ofc

it seems u have not furnished ur pan number to banker,thats why ur deducted with 20%,

please verify ur tds certificate,whether u r pan number is there or not,surely it will not be there,

provide pan to banker,and request them to revise return

already given bt they say that they cant revise ret for one
