hi i wanna to know that whether form no 103 can be downloaded and print can be filled directly with ICAI as i have purchased 103 from branch but the same has no details abt IPCC and having details upto PE2

Yes. In fact you are supposed to do that, because when I purchased the forms, the guy at the counter told me that the form 103 given to me is old (as you said, no details regarding IPCC) and that I will have to download the new one from the website and submit the same.
