as you have done with A/cs then now keep revising a/cs everyday and start audit and law.
Concentrate on 1 group only.
Best of Luck!!

better prepare for 1st group. as you have covered accounts, it is easy to cover the auditing and law as per the previous year question paper and scanners. you can also try for exemption in TAX by just giving an attempt.

I THINK YOU SHOULD TRY TO GET EXEMPTION IN ACC. & TAX & ON THE OTHER HAND PREPARE FOR S.M. Bcoz it will take less time to prepare for S.M. and you can have an exemption in IT & SM paper also as You might be having some knowledge in IT. You try to get 40 marks in SM & learn Flow Chart in IT and get 10 marks & remaining 10 marks you try to get in IT only.
Then You will Surely Get Exemption in 3 Subjects OK
Best of Luck

Mr. Sanjay Bansal
HARI HUI BAAZI KO JITNA HAI…….buddy.
Now listen first be cool and calm.
1. Take 3 books in your hand – Accounts, Auditing, and Law.
2. Keep Group II - books in one locker give key to your parents.
3. Auditing:
Now Accounts is well prepared then start solving one paper each day for one week, this will give you confidence in this subject.
4. Prepare thoroughly Accounting standards from “Rawat” this will help you in Accounts for approx 17 to 20 marks and in Auditing a lot
5. Prepare Standards of Auditing from any audit book
6. Prepare thoroughly Company Audit I , II, and special audit
7. Have a look to Vouching & Verification
8. Give a look to guidance notes which is given in our AAS module (green and bit thin wala book)
9. Law from Paduka:
Do Formatting first in Business Communication that will fetch you 15 marks straight in your pocket if you are well prepared and thorough
10. Give a fast read to business ethics and pay attention to
a. Corporate Governance
b. Ethics in Accounting and Finance Professional
11. Give a fast read to Indian Contract Act as it is covered in CPT
12. Company law from compilation
13. Most importantly case studies from Pakuka.
Plan accordingly these 13points in 10 to 12 days and do well

when you specially prepare for getting exemption you never get it. concentrate on first group leave 2nd group and leave tax too. preparing for law and auditing first time along with tax(that too for getting 60+) you will get noting in this way. you have tough time.
first group only. also dont be present at tax paper. else you will get "F" word for secong group. its better if they are blank.
